We invite Expressions of Interest to join a small, multi-disciplinary pro bono team to assist Anowah Community Living in the initial stage of redeveloping its Horsley Park facility based in Sydney, New South Wales.

Anowah Community Living is seeking expert guidance in developing a property strategy that ensures the long-term sustainability of Anowah Community Living that best serves its [mostly] ageing clients with intellectual and physical disabilities. Stage 1 of the property strategy involves preparing an initial planning and compliance report to:

• Clarify permissible uses under current planning regulations.
• Identify potential future planning changes relevant to the site.
• Recommend amendments to existing regulations (including rezoning) to enable redevelopment and increased capacity.
• Specify future technical studies (including EPA requirements) required to inform redevelopment, refurbishment, or reconfiguration options.
• Outline compliance requirements under the National Construction Code, Australian Standards (AS 1428.1), and applicable Work Health and Safety legislation.
• Provide a step-by-step work program to guide the development of a comprehensive masterplan and business plan.

We are establishing a small project team and seeking professionals with experience in statutory planning, strategic planning, building surveying, property, and/or project management
